Our Vision

RYLAAcademy will be guided by its Vision of
Enable Leadership traits and skills in Youth that will eventually result in productive, progressive and sustainable Professional Engagement in both the Industry and the Society

Today’s VUCA worldwould greatly benefit by just initiating RYLA as an Academy that will have the following key objectives, in line with the overall objectives as set by Rotary International for RYLA :-
Bethe Central Repository of all Learning initiatives that promotes holistic Youth Leadership traits resulting in their deeper states of professional engagement;
Will continuously identify and source high quality learning programs and also promote design and development of newer learning initiatives;
Develop collaboration with other professional Associations like NASSCOM, CII, IEEE, CAI etc to ensure learning initiatives of RYLA is also aligned to the current and futuristic industry trends;
Identify and collaborate with Industries and Government in furthering their CSR / Govt initiatives on education building that includes both skills and leadership;
Providethought and design leadership on conducting RYLA awareness campaigns and hackathons across target audience including in schools and colleges;
Bethe Think Tank to provide strategic initiatives and implementation support, as may be required, to further all objectives of RYLA across all Rotary Clubs and Districts;
Monitorcontinuously to ensure that the 4 way test of RI is being complied with in all RYLA Academy initiatives;
Overall,enable and ensure sustainable and continuous learning opportunities to further RYLA
